#9 Reno/Nevada/Sacramento Sales Representative


To expand the sales of surgery products and convert competitive products in a manner commensurate with company policy and sales direction. Understand & demonstrate proper surgical application of all company products after training. Ability to handle customer product questions and objections consistent with sales training methodology.

Employment of selling cycle that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive which leads the customer to action. Utilizing a method to effectively target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan. Must be willing to travel and able to work in a lab or Operating Room environment.


Bachelors degree is required along with a minimum of 3 years job related experience. Experience in base + commission sales for minimum of 3 years with documented sales performance placing you in the top 15% of their sales team. Experience in product sales to highly educated/high profile customer base. Experience in quality based sales as opposed to price based sales.

Strong customer orientation as evidenced by documented customer feedback. Experience in the Medical Device industry is a strong preference. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
